Friendly atmosphere from the receptionist, the sales team, the service team, and the owner. Kevin & Chris from service stayed 2 hours past closing to troubleshoot and correct an intermittent ground. They would not let the unit leave until it was 100% right. The walk trough covered in detail each feature -
