The guy's in the service department were great. I had a hydraulic leak and they got my trailer in and had the issue found and fixed within a couple of hours and I was on the road. Zoomers RV is proven to be a dealer that would put other dealers to shame. No games, no gotchas, no non-sense. We knew what we wanted, they confirmed and help it for us with deposit. Was an amazing host through the whole process and even after the sale was complete as I struggled with my hitch.
I have recommended Zoomers to 2 family members looking to get campers and a couple friends. Told them I thought it was well worth the 250mi drive. I plan on buying from Zoomers when it is time to upgrade. Thank you Zoomer team for providing us the camper we need to make up for all the lost time in 2021.

It was a very good experience for us - they were all so customer friendly and went above and beyond!! Kristy answered all of our questions about the model we were interested in purchasing and she even worked after hours taking care of our needs. Alex pitched in with such a pleasant attitude to help us while Kristy was out for a bit. The facility and the prices were the best that we have experienced. We visited Zoomers on 11Oct2020 and met with Mike senior to view a particular motorhome we saw advertised. That particular motorhome didn't meet our needs so Mike told us the motorhomes were unlocked and were more than welcome to look. We probably viewed every motorhome on the Zoomer lot and every so often Mike would came by to see if we had questions. Never once did Mike make us feel rushed, pressured or anything other than comfortable. Unfortunately we didn't find a motorhome that was just the right size for us Mike still offered us a free hotdog and a beverage. The place was decorated with pumpkin and halloween decor and Mike told us the four of us to take a free pumpkin too. There were other families visiting the lot so we only took two. I assure you I'll be watching Zoomers website for other motorhomes and when I find one I like I'll buy it from Mike Senior.

I want to say thanks to a great group of people at Zoomers in Wabash Indiana. TJ was still new to the company, but was straight forward with us. The girl at the front desk was a pleasure to work with. Finance department was fantastic. The girl giving us the rundown on our camper was great also. Brought the camper in for some small warranty stuff, and the girls in the service department made it a point to make me feel like it wasn't anything I am doing wrong. This is the first time the wife and I have ever owned a camper, and this team of people go out of their way to help us out. I am from Lafayette Indiana, and the wife and I put well of 1000 miles on my truck looking at campers memorial day weekend, but we kept getting drawn back to zoomers. Should have listened to our guts and saved wear and tear on the truck and not looked anywhere else .... Recommend Zoomers to everyone who asked where we bought from. What can I say about the service department. Chris and Kevin went way above my expectations giving me advice on maintenance that I need to do and should keep up on. Friendly atmosphere from the receptionist, the sales team, the service team, and the owner. Kevin & Chris from service stayed 2 hours past closing to troubleshoot and correct an intermittent ground. Best RV buying experience!! Their list prices are excellent so no need to haggle a lot on price. I felt they gave me a very fair deal on our trade in as well. The buying experience was so simple and they made sure to provide our RV in perfect condition. Anthony Webb was always available, quick to respond and worked hard to get anything we needed. Misty did a wonderful job in the walk through and quickly looked for the answer if she didn't know it. Alex made the final financing piece easy and I really appreciated that he fully explained the warranty and how to use it to our best ability. Hopefully that won't be needed though!! After recently purchasing our trailer, we took it in to have a couple concerns addressed--not anything major. I called in the morning to see how things were going. That afternoon, Kevin called to let us know the trailer was ready to be picked up. When we arrived, Kevin went over these issues...most we could solve on our own in the future. When we tried to hook the hitch to our truck, Kevin discovered an issue with the battery. He looked at more than one possibility for the hitch failure, and he then figured out the problem was the battery. One might say that he was just doing his job...Kevin, however, worked on this for around 45 minutes in the parking area--on asphalt--in 90+ degree heat!! He went above and beyond to ensure we were completely satisfied. We were!! - Anonymous
Would highly recommend Zoomers. It was a great buying experience, Ben helped me with all my questions and followed up when needed without going overboard or being 'pushy'. We looked at several different dealerships including a well known large chain store for a specific Toy Hauler and we ended up going with Zoomers. Not only do they have a surprising amount of stock, but they still have small town friendliness and I felt they provided me a fair and honest deal. About three weeks after we bought it, our new toy hauler developed a problem and since we live about three hours away from the dealership this was something I wasn't looking forward to at all. Zoomers Service Department staff quickly turned a potentially negative situation into a fun and productive visit. The ladies at the service desk got my hauler checked in quickly and put me in contact with Rick and Bobby who took the time to listen to what the problem was. Having only ever bought from one rv center I didn't realize how much better the experience could be. Those service people and the lady who did the walk through were very helpful and did a great job answering questions! I also enjoyed how clean the rv was. When I found a small crack in some caulking near the roof this service guy climbed on a ladder and checked and caulked all the way around!
